Return & Refund Policy
This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
1. Water Bottles (Non-Returnable)
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, water products are strictly non-returnable. Once delivered, 18.9L water bottles cannot be returned or refunded, whether opened or unopened.
2. Water Dispensers – Purchased Machines
Water dispenser machines may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item if they wish to cancel. The machine must be returned in good condition. If the machine has been used or damaged beyond reasonable handling, a deduction may apply. Return collection or shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
3. Rental Machines
Rental machines can be returned upon cancellation of the rental agreement. Notice must be provided. Machines must be returned in good working condition. Damage beyond fair wear and tear may result in charges.
4. Faulty Items
If a machine is faulty, please contact JSM Water within 48 hours of delivery. We may repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with UK consumer law.
5. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
