Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

JSM Water delivers within London and Slough areas only. Orders placed outside these areas will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery timeframe is 24–48 hours from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational demand.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Rental machines have no upfront machine cost; however, a refundable bottle deposit is required.

4. Missed Deliveries

Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery fee may apply.

5. Bottle Deposits

A refundable deposit is required for all 18.9L water bottles. Deposits are refunded when empty bottles are returned in good condition. Deposits are non-refundable if bottles are damaged, lost, or not returned.
